I ate nachos all day today. I really want to try to eat healthy. What did everybody eat today?

Early in the morning, I had some cherries and grapes. A couple of hours later, I had peanut butter and jelly sandwich, more grapes, and yogurt. In the evening, I had some chicken from KFC, which I hadn't had in a very long time. Hadn't been able to go grocery shopping. When I go to the store, I will buy some spinach or lettuce, along with some bananas.

It's been a long time since I've had them, but it was a nice change of pace for me. I had grilled cheese, but not on white or wheat bread, but rather an onion roll since we didn't have that bread. It wasn't bad though I sitll prefer white bread. If anyone every uses a bun as a substitute you definitely must use more cheese.

Also a quick tip. If you have a George foreman grill, you can make a little chicken and cheese wrap by putting in some leftover chicken breast and mexican or cheddar cheese in it until the cheese melts and it's golden brown. If you don't want to grill it you can put it in the microwave until the cheese melts. You top it with whatever you want (I like salsa mixed with cream cheese or sour cream) and it reminds me a quesadilla. It's just something nice and quick to snack on.  :thumbsup:

I try and eat a lot of salads- you can throw any type of meat in for protein, and it's healthy!!

I prefer a green salad. But some times don't get one. For lunch i had a half sandwich of turkey and then sliced fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and avacado. Good for me and healthy oh yes the sandwich was whole wheat with honey mystard.

I had multigrain cheerios for breakfast. Didn't have any snacks before lunch. I had some left over chicken stir fry from dinner last night for lunch and am still full. Just put some chicken foiled dinners in the oven, and they smell so good already. Hopefully I'll have some left overs for my lunch tomorrow. One love you all!!!

I haven't eaten anything at all today. Haven't been eating much at all for about 2 weeks. I suppose I probably should eat a little bit of something though, just haven't been bothered to. I've been trying to consume less of a lot of things, while not totally eliminating them. So far I'm doing okay I guess, but this is going to be extremely difficult for me. I hope can master this & be better off for it.
