This is really tough. There's a few names that come to mind at the moment.... Johnny Depp, Christian Kane, Lionel Messi, Xavi Hernández, Andrés Iniesta, and if he were still alive Michael Jackson. There are plenty more people, but these six names were the ones that came to mind first.

OMG would be Johnny Depp.  He is my favorite actor.  If not Johnny Depp then probably Billy Idol - I like his music and I think he would be interesting to sit and talk to.

Though he may not be a celebrity, I once met and had breakfast with Sam Walton at a diner. Very pleasant person. For those who don't know the name, he was the founder of Wal-Mart.

  Good question but I have no idea - really not into celebrities and could care less - would just as soon go to dinner with a love interest or a good friend.
