School's in session
« on: August 27, 2013, 11:28:51 am »
I 'm glad school finally started back the kids are glad, only the fact they have to get up so early in the morning to catch the bus. I'm just glad the bus stop is not that far away from our home.  :angel12:

My son is back in public school now. He was in home schooling but I felt he was not getting enough interaction with children his own age cause going to the park is nice but not enough. He has a karate class but still public school will give him some other good attributes also. The big plus is I get to do more hours of work.

I am happy that the kids are back  in school, because they were actually starting to get bored.

I am glad too but the bus is way over crowded for middle school kids 6-8th grade,.  They are sitting 3 to a seat .  I was hoping for another bus but due to budget cuts they said no.   :dontknow:

School here doesn't open for another two weeks.
The colleges started this week but that was it.

When my youngest daughter went to a school in the next town, she had to catch the bus at 6:30 am. I had to drive her to the bus stop about 10 minutes away.   I'm not a morning person and those days were rough! I was luckier with my first three.  They caught the bus right in from of our house.

Most kids are happy to get back to school once they get there. It keeps them occupied and gives them lots of things to think about. It also gives them friends to talk to. School is definitely a good thing after a summer of freedom.

I'm exited that my son finally wanted to go to school.  He is an eighth grader this year and loves it!

Yeahhh school day. Happy finally they have 'something to do'  ;D
Sad to know they leave me  :)

My kindergartener was so sad in the first days, he got cough. Then teacher sent him home due to cough. He taught he can only stay in the class for one hour, then  ;D
