« on: June 06, 2013, 09:17:30 am »
anyone ever get the "website unavailable try again in a few minutes"?  I have been getting that page for a week in my first attempt to cashout.  I honestly have no idea what I am doing im not very computer savvy.  I sent a message in the help section but got no reply.  i found this forum and i would appreciate any help you can give....

I've always been able to cashout as long as you reach the minimum of $25.

Hi Rich, welcome aboard. First of all, to begin a post there's a small blue button "START A NEW TOPIC" on the forum topic. There was one on the "support" tab that led you here.

Secondly, it's possible that there are just some technical issues on the site today. There are issues with the videos, there may or may not be issues with cashing out. If I were you, I'd wait until later tonight or wait until the end of the month to cash out. Since you're new, you have 180 days before an offer expires (from the date it was approved/completed). You should be fine there. Secondly, you've already missed the cashout for this month (June), so you might want to just keep accruing money until the end of the month. Final cashout dates are the last day of the calendar month. For example, May 31 is the final cashout date to get your payment on (or before) June 20th and so on.

Also, you want to make sure that you have at least $25 to cash out and ($15 of that HAS to be offers, no exceptions).

As far as your smartphone, I'm not too tech savvy with those things myself (I have a "dumbphone" that barely even makes calls).

Best of luck and I hope I helped.  thumbsup

That is helpful in a way, thank you.  But this ERROR page i have been getting it for 6 days straight all day all night every day.  My totals are correct in the account and here is even a link to click on that reads "you are now eligible to cash out.'  I have the worst of luck with everything.  Could it be i am thinking that i am coming over to use my fiancees laptaop sine my phone "died" and she also has an account?  I did the phone verification, opened a paypal account, verified it, and nothing will work.  My partner says she has never had a problem like this and has been a member for a year, she sent me this link saying its a great way to get extra cash while finding great deals.  That's 100% true, but I cant get out of  this error page nightmare.  There has got to be someone that knows what is going on?    Thanks for anyone who reads this and replies, I enjoy the daily emails and for 5 minutes a day, you cant go wrong, right?

So, from what I'm getting here, you were doing your Fusion Cash via a Smartphone and the phone died?  Now, you're trying to cash out from your fiancees laptop (on HER IP address)?

If so, I'm thinking that might be your problem.  Have you sent in a Ticket to Support and explained the situation to them?
