I agree with you.   Get up and get the work done and enjoy the rest of the day.

I prefer the night shift but my schedule now includes some days and some nights.

I'd much rather work during the day first. It sucks going most of the day relaxing, then have to end it with work! Not an easy thing to look forward to when you've been in non-work mode for hours leading up to your shift.

I prefer the early shift. This way I can come home and rest. I feel like when a person works the night shift they are always on the opposite than most everyone else.
