You are invited to participate in a research project being conducted by Monica El Gamal and Dr. Roger Buehler of the psychology department at Wilfrid Laurier University, ON, Canada. We will present you with two profiles of employees in a company. We are interested in the opinions and judgments that you will form about these employees based on the information presented. We will also ask you to provide some background information and to fill in personality measures.
