Anyone had a bad experience at their car dealership?

We just found out that after a year of going to the same dealership, they have never changed the filter, just oil, and my hubby took it to his dealership where he works to do oil change and that's how we found out, we complained and that dealership have fired some people, we will not go to that one no more

There are a lot of lazy crooked people out there. I found  tha as a female there are a lot of men who think we are dumb. Got news for them i can if i had to change my own oil and grease my car and also know how to change the oil filter, put fluid in for my breaks and windowshield washer. Also the transmission fluid and check the air in my tires Used to be able to change the tires too but they have just gotten to heavy for me to lift. Thats ok a lot of nice people will stop and help you.

That's very good! Well next time I really have to go to the dealership for oil change, I'll ask to stand there and literally watch them do it, I know how to change oil too, it's terrible how a lot of dealerships allow people like that work there, lazy people:(
