Visit the support ticket page: https://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php, at the top there is a link to check for your $5 sign-up bonus. If it says it's been credited, you should see it on your account page to see if the credit is listed under "Offers credited to your account".

If you received a message that you received your $5 sign-up bonus but you do not see it on your account page, open a support ticket. Look up and down your account page first. It might be there somewhere between all your other offers that got credited.

My $5 bonus I received and it expired.  It is still being shown as my money adds up.  But I see that I see the true amount I have.  I am eager to see how fast I can get to my first check.  I am waiting 180 days from the date I registered, which was January 8, and calculated it up to July 7, my brother's 45th birthday.
