I like both but have to switch it up sometimes because they can both get old after awhile. I love Ego waffles. Haha cheap but good. Ive had some ok home made ones. My favorite pancakes are probably from IHOP or for homemade, this gluten free mix called Pamela's Products (Baking & Pancake Mix). I know, random but theyre delicious!

I prefer French Toast to pancakes or waffles.
Have a wonderful day!

Definately waffles though they take a little more effort than pancakes.  I make up a double batch and freeze the leftover ones..hey hey hey, my own eggos.
Separate two eggs, Beat whites till stiff and fluffy.

Egg yolks, 1 cup milk, 2 Tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt.  Beat until mixed well.
Add 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, mix until mixed (not necessarily smooth but all the flour coated.)

Fold the egg whites into this mixture gently.  Spoon onto waffle iron. and cook until golden brown.
