I've notice more places having signs out that say ( Help Wanted ) and more ads in the paper.

I've noticed it also. Still not as many jobs as we need though.

If you are referring to retail or fast food, where I live they are always looking for help.  The problem is they are part time, minimum wage, no benefits.  They are ok for kids or a spouse just wanting to supplement the household, but for someone who needs a job with benefits and more than minimum wage they won't work.
