Incorrect Credit for completed survey

i recently completed the Popular Brands Survey here, worth $2.40. I was able to qualify for the survey, and complete it in it's entirety. After completion, I received the message I would be credited for the completion. After checking my account, it appears I was wrongly credited with a DQ bonus of $.01, when I actually completed the entire offer and should have been credited $2.40. Any solutions?

I rarely reached the congrats page on FC, but if I do, I hold the page open for at least 10 minutes and check my account to see if the credit has been applied to my account.

If, after 10 minutes, credit has not appeared, and I want to get on to something else, I will do a screenshot of the Congrats or Thank You page and save the screenshot as a jpeg picture.  If I haven't gotten credit in 15 days -- or if, like you, got a DQ credit instead, I would send in a support ticket and attach the jpeg window and ask them why I haven't gotten the correct credit for the survey. 
No guarantee that I would get credit, but at least I've given FC Support something to work with.
