I have had problems before with this daily survey. Make sure you delete cookies and history before starting any survey helps with crediting. Good luck.

Are you leaving the completion screen up for at least 10 minutes?

I get credit for those about 90% of the time. The only time I don't get credited is usually because it was some short thing that just involved signing up for something else( online community, online focus group, etc)

Didn't know you are supposed to leave the completion screen up for 10 minutes? I'll have to try that next time, I've completed one that I never got credit for, but I don't usually even bother with the surveys.

Never have a problem with credit from Live Sample. When you successfully complete a survey, in a few minutes Live Sample will come back with a congrats message.

Generally if you don't get credit within 10-15 minutes you're not going to get credit for it at all.

i usually don't have trouble with this.  but i do leave my completion screen up until i get credited or for 15 minutes or so.  every blue moon i won't get credit, but i think its because i didn't clean out my cookies and junk out of my computer ahead of time.

@djohnson10 - I must say, I have had some serious issues with not getting credit for completing surveys and it is frustrating because you spend so much time completing them.  After they came back and told me I would not be approved for the money, after allowing me to go all the through with completing the survey, the third time they did it to me, I gave up and decided not to complete surveys any longer.  Especially after FC told me there was nothing they could do when they survey company refused to approve you to receive credit, but for some reason I believe they still used all my information and survey responses, it simply isn't fair, so I can certainly understand how you feel.
