are you asking how to start a new thread? if you go back one window to where the titles of the sub topics are to the right hand side there is a blue tab to click on to start a new topic, if it fits within the primary topic then fill in the subject box with something that will draw attention to what you wish to discuss. Just a heads up, you will get the best results or answers if you try to narrow it down to the most appropriate topic, i.e. payments, suggestions, support, etc.  If you are talking about how to start a blog so that you can discuss FC and go for referrals, I think if you do a search through here for the word referrals or blogs then you should be able to find information on how to do that.l am not well versed on that type of thing. Hope this gets close at least to what you were looking for? If not, perhaps refine the question and start again?
