Topic: What is "Please Verify/Complete the information below to accesss your..."  (Read 984 times)

I always get that window, along with my basic informations, before go through FC survey.

But when I click "confirme.." (0r something like that, i forget, but the other button is: unsubscribe), nothing happen. Just like that until i closed the window, and reclick the survey title, it said i have already taken the survey.

ANybody have the answer why? or same problem with me?

When you are on the blank window, try pressing escape. This stops the page from running. Then, push F5. This will refresh the page. See if that does anything or if it just refreshed to the same blank page. I always get taken to the survey after I submit that first page, so it must be something with your computer. Clear your cookies and cache....maybe that will help. If your still having problems after that, try a different browser, it will probably work then, since more than likely it's an issue with the browser you're running.

Believe I have run into this before. I just chose to quit the survey. Did not want to join the company/offer in question.

Just remembered, some of those types of windows have a "Skip this Step" hiding somewhere on the page. If you are not interested in the page's offer, clicking on "Skip this Step" sometimes allows you to continue with the survey.

Is this happening to you on FC surveys (the FC Survey Box) only?
What survey (title), in particular, did this happen?

I just tried the only FC survey that was available to me (re Survey for Women).  I got the opening page that asked me to confirm my date of birth, sex, other basic demographics and when I clicked on the green arrow, it took me to the Sampleous survey site.  Not surprised, tho, that after going through the similar demographic questions, I was disqualified.

If you are getting "offers" where they want you to fill in personal information (primarily your email address --but other information to sign up for a special offer available to you), you are not in the survey site, you are in a marketing site and the "survey" is a means to get you into the site.  There may be a survey when you get to the end, but you'd have to go through the offer pages first.

Newgramppa is right, there is usually a "Skip this offer" link somewhere on the top (check near the top and/or the bottom).  If they have one, there will usually be several.

I don't have the "verification for mailing list FC survey notification"  line on my FC survey page.  Only have another survey -- Household Investments Survey.

Have you completed all of your Profile surveys (left side of the page)?
(I've completed all of mine which may be why I don't have the "verification line"

Not sure what you're seeing or why.

I only had that message once and decided to abandon the task , let the system update overnight and the next day it was fine. If it keeps happening a lot though even after trying the other suggestions, you can always submit a support ticket and see what reply you get. Admin and those answering support tickets may already be aware of the situation and have a guide or answer they can send to you, if not it may take a little longer to get an answer but hopefully they will investigate it or have better suggestions as to what to try next to move you along. Good luck.
