Shoe monitors and the Soda Police
« on: March 12, 2013, 06:57:27 am »
:oIt is bad enough that the citizens of New York City must be subjected to the soda police in limiting the size of sodas you can buy, but the Google shoes that tell you when you are not excercising enough have to be the icing on the cake. What has happened to your freedoms of choice. As far as the sodas go, the law was ruled unconstitutional temporarily. But the city is apealing the ruling. What is to keep people from buying 2 soft drinks to get the same amount that they were already buying. It really doesn't make any sense. Now the computer-chip shoe monitor that talks to you about your execise must be for people who really need someone to talk to them over their shoulder! What happens to the computer if you get it wet in the rain?

There are tons of fitness devices now that keep track of your steps, sleep, calories burned, etc. People pay for them to keep them motivated and on track to live active lives.  People ,in general ,do need to be more active so if that is what helps them then it's great

Do you really want to know what has happened to OUR FREEDOM OF CHOICE?  One answer - LIBERALS AND DEMOCRATS (all one in the same) THEY WILL TAKE AWAY ALL OF OUR FREEDOMS IF WE LET THEM!!!  THAT'S WHY WE MUST BAN TOGETHER AND TAKE A STAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
