Who as kept up with there resolution still or has already dropped there's. Have u decided not to make one so u don't set ur self up for failure?

I originally said I wouldn't set a resolution and that I would start working on things as soon as I see the need to, and ironically right after New Year's I saw myself doing two things I said I wanted to do better at in the future: sticking to my disciplinary actions with the kids (I usually let them off punishment for good behavior and I wanted to stop doing that) and being more forgiving.  I had an ex to contact me and instead of reminding him of the horrible way he mislead me I wished him well in his future relationships- and meant it.

I think it's a mind thing.  I lost 25 lbs last year and still have 10 more to go (raised my goal from 135 to 130) and I find that if I take it day by day instead of thinking about reaching this weight before my goal date (Valentine's day) I'm more likely to succeed. 

I think we should do that with every goal: take it day by day and go to bed knowing we did the best we could for that day.

I think people are probably still going strong since it's the first week, I don't expect people to start falling off for another couple of weeks.  How's yours going?
