Downloading toolbar again

I updated my browser to IE9.  As a result, I don't have the FC toolbar anymore.  I have tried to download it again, but it just won't download.  Can anyone help with this?  I would like to get paid again for my searches.

I'm not going to do that it will make you so mad and you will make you so mad when it do that and you will have to get off your comp... :wave:
