I am not sure why this is happening but........about every 2 out of 5 offers I complete I don't get credit for.  The offers I haven't received credit for, I have received the confirmation e-mails and confirmation the offer was completed from the individual site.  It is listed on the "All Offers Clicked" page but I haven't gotten credit.  I have a total of 5 now.  I make sure I always go through the link, I use Internet Explorer 7.0 as my browser.  Any ideas or help as to why this is happening????

I think you just have to wait for it or report to the Fusion Cash customer service.  :BangHead: I got the same problem with NetFlix order. I only have to wait for them to contact with Fusion about my payment to receive credit.

first of all i have signed up for several things my email is full of stuff all the time from signing up for these thru your program but i didnt get credit for it on your sight also i try taking the surveys and very rarely do i qualify so this makes it harder to reach payout i dont really want to sign up for any more offers right now because i get mail from them but dont get credit for signing up from you all

i have lost over 10.00 plus my sign up bonus i had finally reached payout but lost money if you dont get credit or dont qualify for a survey you can never reach payout you make money for advertising them and sending members like me to their sight but we dont get credit for it or you guys take it from us because we havent reached payout by a certain time this dosnt seem fair to your members i could lie and try to qualify for each survey but that wouldnt be fair to the advertiser if i dont have credit for the ones i have signed up thru you guys credited back to my account i am going to cancel my membership with them and tell them why that you guys got paid for it but your members dont and i will recommend all members to do the same.  and i do have a list of all the companys i have sign up for and i recieve emails from them which are filling my email boxes up daily so the way it looks i am loosing and fusion cash and the advertiser is winning this dont seem fair.

I have received credit for one (1) of the original offers I was referring to, but not the others so far.  The good news is more are getting credited now.....yippee!!!

Unfortunately, your e-mail volume will most definately increase.  A suggestion.......set up a separate e-mail account just for this site and the sites you sign up for through here.  It is another e-mail account to manage but it helps.

I know how you feel about the surveys, but I have been doing surveys on and off for about 3 years and there are times when I feel just like you - I can't qualify for anything - then there are times, I can't get to them all.  It can be a FEAST or FAMINE type thing.    ;D

Most of the offers have a time frame when they most approve.  Try the offer at a different time of day.

How can you go back and complete the offers again?  Once you enter your e-mail address for an offer, your in their database.........

I was wondering if you do not get credit for something after a few days, is it ok to go back and try it again? Perhaps something went wrong?  I have heard that you can retry with a different e mail address just in case there were technical problems the first time around.  Is that ok to do here at FC?  Thanks!
