Some people say: You are what you eat! I think they are right! Avoid junk food because it can harm your body and jeopardize your health. Have a well balance diet. And take some vitamins and minerals supplements.

good thing i eat all of that stuff! (except tofu)

i just tried/added spinach and avocado to my diet
this year and i have no regrets. and salmon is one
of my favorite things!

What would life be without tofu! Food is a great way to control hormonal responses in our body, exercise can make you feel good too. But food can do it at any time of the day. Thanks for the B-12 lesson, for the vegetarians and vegans. By the (by) way, that was B-12 in the white meat of chicken.   But I see you mean, methylcobalmin as a person outside B-12 source.

You could and should add to this list all the herbs and spices that help your mood. From Allspice to Turmeric and all the spices in between! I really try to control the dopamine to my brain with food, spices, tea and exercise. (All four of the other biochemicals your brain needs to work well, dopamine, acetylcholine, GABA; [gamma-aminobutyric acid] and serotonin.) When I found out in 2009 that it was easier to keep weight off using exercise and natural body hormone control. And then you don't just gain it all back.

Awesome information - thanks for sharing - I need all the mood boosting lol that I can get.  Problem is most of the stuff on the list I don't really care for all that much...and if I do its not something I would eat enough of to boost my mood.  OH well still appreciate the information, you never know unless someone tells you or you see it on the internet.
