I made $96.00 once, but I haven't sold anything after that. I stopped, but I do want to sell other stuff.  :D

This is a great idea to sell on Ebay, how do know how to price what you like to sell on Ebay? I believe i have some great items to sell.

Could just check prices on similar items for a week or two and see what their final selling price ends up being.  That way you have a frame of reference for future sales.

Whoaa! Nice job. I've only ever sold 1 item on eBay, a pair of track shoes, and only made around $15 off that. The most I've ever made selling stuff online was over $200 or so on Amazon selling my old college textbooks.

ebay actually has a button now when you search that will let you look at listings that have been completed, so you can get a good idea of what prices different items are bringing in. Just don't forget to calculate in shipping and the percentage that ebay will take, and ebay has a little thing you can watch on how to make your stuff sell. I also recommend you start out with a low dollar item to sell first. That way you minimize your risk of loss while you're learning the in-and-outs of selling. (Like selling an item for $4 but having to pay $5 for shipping isn't bad, but you wouldn't want to sell an item worth $100 for only $5 because only one person stumbled across your listing.) Good luck!

Yes, and also check amazon or something for what the item costs new.  I try to sell at around 1/2 or 1/3 of what retail is, depending how good the item is.  I don't sell anything unless it is in perfect condition.  I sell CONSTANTLY!!!  You can list up to 50 listings per month free, so my goal is always to use all 50.  After all, it costs me nothing!  I mostly have done clothes (mine and my son's but all in perfect condition), DVDs, Playstation games!!! and even my art.  It has seriously helped me make ends meet.  I don't know what I would do without it.  I average a couple hundred a month.
