How long does it normaly take to receive first payment

A newbie should be able to reach cashout in a month or two at the most. Some newbies reach first cashout in a week or two. If you cashout this month, February, you will get paid on or about March 20th. If you request a check, you will get the check around the 25th of March. If you have your money sent to your bank or to PayPal, you will receive it on or about the 20th of March an sometimes earlier. I recommend direct deposit or PayPal.

Depends on when you cash out. I've been told to wait until the last day of the month to get your check faster.

So if we cashout on jan 12 we will receive our money on feb 20th?? or the check will be processed on 20th and the money will obtained after 5 or 6 business days?? How does it work??

You always receive your cashout around the 20th of the month following your cashout. I would suggest waiting until the last day of the month to cashout so that you can really build up your money. Also paypal and direct deposit is faster since the checks have to be mailed, that causes a delay.
