Valid Fusioncash Toolbar searches being recorded?

In times when the FusionCash.net's ToolBar becomes stuck are the valid searches being recorded in those down times? I don't want my energy and web searches wasted and not accounted for when the toolbar gets stuck before the maximum alert message appears on the toolbar. How about you?
