What does below error mean in FC surveys postings today

I clicked on some surveys posted today and got this(what does this mean?):

    i got that too. they have some good priced surveys today and i cant get them.

Hi'

I clicked on some surveys posted today and got this(what does this mean?):
Server Error in '/' Application.

It's an exception error, which essentially means servers cannot process the request, (users can't access the survey).

It means there is an error in the technical setup of the survey and it can't execute the processing of your answers.  

Based on our Admin's comments on another thread, the problem should be fixed now.
