Traffic Exchange???
« on: November 10, 2012, 02:08:10 pm »
??? Can anyone explain traffic exchange to me or tell me where to find out about it? I have been working a couple of  PTC sites that have traffic exchange credits but I have no idea what it is.

It's a site where you can enter your urls and surf for traffic to your sites.  For every site you view you earn credits to display your url. When you visit a site others will in turn visit yours.  Some are 1:1 or 2:1 which means with a 1:1 exchange for every 1 site you view you get one visit to your site. For a 2:1 exchange site for every two sites you view you get one visitor.  I actually haven't done traffic exchanges in ages.  I think there are better ways to get referrals.

Thanks, I'm still pretty new at this stuff.Do I need to have my own website to post the urls on?

Give them a try and see what happens.  Personally, I've never found much use for them. :o :o :o
