Survey closed after comletion

I completed the mobile tec survey. spent 30 minutes from start to finnish. in the end I got a message saying sorry this survey is closed. why was I able to do the entire survey if it was closed. I am a bit dispointed. The survey was kinda fun though. Is this something thats been going on or am I special.

It happened to me also. I think it was the same one too. I'm sure it's not the last time it will happen to you or me. With this type of stuff you gotta learn to not get mad even if it does suck. Lol

yea that has happened to me also....it happens just try not to get too upset about it....try doing some other offers.....they probably filled their quota while you were in the middle of it....sorry

Just be patient with surveys and keep on trying. Sometimes they credit and sometimes they don't.

Sometimes a survey closes while you are doing it. The survey company got all the respondents that they required while you were doing or finishing the survey. It would be helpful if you could get a pop up or message when that happens telling you this as soon as it happens so you won't waste any more time but it does not work like that. Surveys are a hit or a miss.

I made a suggestion a few weeks back that they add something to the survey if it closes while you are doing it.  There is nothing more frustrating to get to 100% completion on a 60 minute survey just to be told its closed.

I know it is so frustrating to think you are going to be selected and then boom!!!

It is very frustrating when that happens.  Luckily, it doesn't happen very often.  There is really nothing you can do about it but suck it up and move on.
