Sam Elliott isn't that old, but he was and is sooooo good looking~~

oh so agree as long as he has facial hair remove that and not so good looking love his voice though

Jimmy Stewart is my fav.  Danny Kaye was my fave as a kid.

i've been on a Dan Duryea kick lately.  In the 40's he played a lot of disreputable characters, in the 60's he played more cowboy (!) roles and in Peyton Place.  In reality he was married to the same woman for around 40 years or so, and died of cancer one year after she did.  He was a pretty good, solid actor--especially like him in The Little Foxes and Too Late for Tears.

I haven't watched many of their movies... but I do love James Steward in every role I HAVE seen him in... Also a John Wayne, George C. Scott, Charlton Heston, and Steve McQueen fan when it comes to the oldies.
