HELP admin FC Surveys not opening

I keep getting this error two message whenever I try to go to the FC survey section sometimes it lets me in then poof its gone again please :notworthy: :sad1:help me thanks

I have been having problems with the FC Surveys yesterday and today. Sometimes it won't let me into the FC Surveys page at all and sometimes I get in, but the surveys are messing up. I've never had problems with these surveys before.
