Trouble getting credit for clicking

I have had trouble the last few weeks with fusion cash when I click on the 15 sent daily ads I go through all the rules things. And then when I click on the $.15 add I get a blank screen instead of the daily wordn to get credit. I have the same problem with emails when there's come throughie get a blank screen when it comes time to get credit these anybody else I was a problem.
