Looking for Non-permanent Tattoos but last longer

In the late 80's early 90's I came upon this really cool press on tattoos. It was a large dragon in flight with a large red rose clutch in his talons. I decided to buy it b/c it was so stunning & it's not permanent so. At the time I had this large scar shaped like a moon on my left leg. I got tired of people asking me what happened every time they see it. Me having to go into the I was hit by a car story.

I put that tattoo over my large scar & b/c of the shape of the scar the tattoo looked like it was in 3D w/the dragon in actual flight. I felt a lot more confident w/my fake tattoo covering the scar. To my surprise, so many people stopped me & asked where I got my tattoo done. They don't believe me when I tell them it's fake. They tell me I should go get it really done.The tattoo stayed for at least a year. I was never able to find fake tattoos that lasted longer than a month.

My scar's much more smaller now, more flat so not really noticeable. I still want to find fake tattoos that last longer but haven't had any luck. I can't even remember which shop I bought it at! Any FC member have information or you come upon something similar please let me know!

How did you manage to get a temporary tattoo to last a month let alone a whole year?
Every time I put one on, it would begin to rub off the next day.
That's why I got real ones.

You could always opt for henna. It won't be the same look that a temporary tattoo gives, but it will cover your scar and last awhile.

I don't like tatoos and know that all these people getting them don't realize they are not going to want this stuff on them when they get older. It is sickening to think of something being put on my body as this.
