Are the same offers available to everyone?

I saw Cheapflights mentioned in several forum posts today as an easy offer yet I cannot find it.  Tried All, Alphabetical, Daily, Popular.  Even entered Cheapflights in Search and nothing came up.  Does that mean is is gone now or do different people see different offers?

Sorry everyone - I just found the answer to the question I posted earlier about Cheapflights in Offers under an administrator post.   It is under daily but has a limit so resets daily.  Will try tomorrow.

That has nothing to do with the Cheapflights offer specifically asked about.  Generally, offers are available to anyone, though some aren't available in Canada.

that is a question that I would like to know as well. I have to say that the only thingthat I dont understand is what qualifications are needed in order to take the surveys. I had been denied the surveys that I tried to take today.

I noticed that CheapFlights isn't always available either. As for the surveys, I complete about 1 or 2 each week. It seems as though they always ask about children in the household so maybe having children is a qualification for most of them? Happy money-making everyone! (:
