I don't really understand your question, but I do know that you can use your Netspend or Visa Debit card to set up direct deposit. FusionCash also has the option to get paid with Direct Deposit, which is the form of payment that I use. I have a Paypal Prepaid MasterCard that I use for Direct Deposit.

I don't believe you can do that you would need an actual checking account for Paypal if you wanted to send money from your paypal to access it in another way.  I suggest if you have either of those 2 cards you might want to look into requesting a mastercard debit card from Paypal that I've had before and your money in your paypal balance is easily reachable on that card.  When it comes to "applying your 411 in order to set up a paypal account" I'm unsure what you are talking about.  You can link a credit, debit, or checking account to your paypal account for purchases and they will digitally take the money from one of those and pay for your purchases securely but as for withdrawing money to you you will need a checking account or like i said the paypal mastercard.

So Walmart moneycard/pre-paid visa can not be used on pay-pal?
