find anything cool or worth a lot from a garage sale

I love garage saling lol but havent had the time in years. i just like looking even though i typically never find anything or buy anything just the fun of finding something random idk but have you ever found anything cool and worth a lot ? i saw on the news someone buying a frame for like a dollar and it being worth thousands

I don't go to them, but I have found some very unusual things at charity thrift shops.  I found two very old pieces of art from the 1940s, I believe.  A British lady had drawn different types of flora and penciled descriptions.  They were framed and cost $4 each.  I gave them to my son, who lives in a house built in the 1940s.  That's probably the best thing I found.

Not yet but I'll continue to look I love going to yard sales even if I don't buy anything lol

I love garage sales and estate sales. I also go to a lot of auctions. I find a lot of bargains and I have met a lot of nice people too.

I started to set up at flea markets in 1984.  I went to yard sales to pick up bargains to make some money on.  Back then you could find alot of old things that was worth allot of money.  Now it is harder to find these.  I am too old to set up at flea markets now.  Anyway the flea market business has gone down because the ecomeny is not good anymore.  I use to get irruglar towels that I had to heam and then I would take them to the flea market on weekend and I made good money doing that but the company started sending the irrulary towels over seas.  I just about cried.  I never found anything else that sold that good.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
