I haven't had problems with the surveys until this last week and I am truly upset. I didn't get paid for a long survey I completed 100 percent and it even asked me if I wanted to take another, I don't get the penny anymore and today's showed that it had technical difficulties after 20 minutes through?? I NEVER complain about disqualification, I get that but this is BAD. Even if I don't qualify -it doesn't go off the survey list and NO penny?? I sent a support ticket about the one that never credited, would appreciate some help on this. Thanks!!

Well, I finally got a penny for disqualifying today, hope things get back on track...
