Recipe for Herbed Chicken Burger
Ingredients
1lb. ground chicken
1/4 c. zucchini, finely chopped
1 Tbs. fresh French Tarragon leaves, finely chopped
1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely
2 Tbs. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Form into six patties. Cook on a barbeque grill for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Turn over with a pancake turner and cook on the second side for an additional 5 minutes, until brown serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

   I of course have had regular beef burgers and turkey burgers, but I never had a Chicken Burger! thanks for the recipe

Now that is different. I never see ground chicken at the store though.

never had a ground chicken burger before. i think i would have to give this a try. sounds yummy

Looks really good, wish I had the time to copy it, may come back, although husband don't like chicken or sourcream hardly, might not go over good, since everything i do, I do to please him.]
