Topic: Cash Out glitch: message to fill in missing demographic data  (Read 1479 times)

I just tried to cash out and keep getting a message that I must fill out missing/new demographic info.  But all my demographic data is filled in and there is nothing that is missing.  Even went so far as to retype in what I could, but still get the same message.

Have been getting cash outs approved regularly so I'm assuming this is just a glitch in the system.  I've submitted a support ticket already, but if any one else is getting the same type message suggest you do the same -- and ask them to submit your cash out request for you since they may not get the glitch solved before 8/1/12.

I just sent a ticket myself for the same problem. Hopefully it will get resolved soon. I'd like to cash out today or tomorrow at the latest!  :-X

Did you get yours? It's working now. FusionCash is so good about keeping on top of these sort of things, aren't they! :)

Yes.  They got back to me this evening.  The problem has been fixed and they did a manual cashout for me so I wouldn't miss the deadline.
