So what should I do about it, if it happens to me?   Let me reads some posts in the forum and see.

Sometimes the survey credits are late or never happen. FC reports it is out of their control and not their fault. Be patient and keep trying. You will get there.

That sucks. It has happened to me a few times. I have noticed that it happens less often if I clear my cookies once a month.

As a general rule:

Clear your cookies and temp everytime you start with a new survey box (advertiser).

When you have completed a survey from a given survey box (advertiser), leave the congratulations page or thank you page open for at least 10 minutes (or until you see the credit on your account page)  BEFORE you go on to another offer or survey.

As fast as our computer and internet service is, it still needs time to process the completion.  And that still may not be enough.  But you have a better chance if you wait the 10 minutes and then clear your cookies and temps.

I usually clear them using CCleaner, but the tools/internet options links work too (but may not be as complete.)

Hello don't feel bad it happens to me too. I do offers and surveys and I do not seem to get credited. That makes you a little mad but you have to keep trying.
