So I went to college and my degree is over a year old

I work part time as a cashier and I am completely happy but I feel like I owe it to myself because of all my years of hard work going to college to at least get a part time job...that way I can get some experience in and my degree doesn't waste away...but it's like over half of my check would be going towards day care, so is it worth it?  I like to play chef/maid/babysitter at home while my fiance works...I dunno
