why do they have a support page?

tryin to figure out why this page is here asked several ? of support and never been anwsered by any staff member yet.never get to support tickets for a week either,think its bull

windstormangels, I'm not Admin for this site, but I know how frustrating it can be to ask & get no response.  If you're having a specific issue, there is a FAQ/Help & Support links that are not forum based.  Also, many, many of the most common questions are answered in other threads, so you may find your answers by doing a "search" in existing forums.  Be patient though...the Admins can only do so much.  Around FC, people learn to rely on each other for alot of the "support".
