Why can I not access a survey on my account. It keeps saying I have already taken it when I have not?

Could you have taken the survey at sign up, those first few demographic ones? Or maybe you already did them via your email.

If it's a daily survey, you can only attempt to qualify once every 24 hours. If you are trying too soon, it won't let you access the survey

If you have clicked on the link once, even if you didn't complete the survey, it will assume you completed it and not allow you to access it again. Every once in awhile I get one that says I completed it and I did not, but that is rare.

Agreed. Internet loss of connection in middle of a survey can cause this to happen too.
