Had a BBQ and have a few fireworks that's all.

Spent it the way I spend 99% of holidays, at work. I don't mind I like the holiday pay.

Recovered from a minor surgical procedure, so not much of anything this year...

Well I was home with our dogs tonight... TV blaring because not only our city was letting off the fireworks... so were my lovely neighbors!! 

Sounded like they were ON OUR HOUSE!!!  Which totally freaked out our dogs... poor things.

You can't explain to them.. its okay.  No one is attacking us.   

So Hubby is on the road.. actually up in Washington State right now..    I can't wait to one day visit there!!! 

Mother in law went to bed early... lol... how she slept through all that.. I will never know.   

Was a nice relaxed day other wise 

Hope everyone stayed safe!! And enjoyed the day no matter how they spent it.

We had a BBQ, did a few things outside for a few hours. But the heat made it not very enjoyable to be outside!
