FC Mall didn't credit

I bought something from a FC mall vender after going through the FC mall. I didn't get credit for buying from their site even though I bought products that were allowed by the terms. It's been over a month since it shipped. Any ideas what went wrong? I've used the FC mall for other purchases and everything worked out the way it's supposed to.

Have you filed a support ticket? I would start there b/c it could have been something on the offers side and not yours or FC

I think like a lot of things, sometimes it just doesn't work. You may get some help through a support ticket, but I'd guess since it's not directly through FC you may not receive the credit.
