The greedy do succeed, but a costly price such as being hated by many, not being able to trust anyone because the greedy always shafts or knife everyone in the back.  Being helpful gives you a feeling of well being and in business  when you help others to succeed, you also succeed and are liked by the many and people who wants to be friends with you.
