15 offer to cashout

I was wondering if you need 15 EACH time to cashout of fusioncash or if it was a one time thing

To cashout, you need a MINIMUM of $25. Atleast $15 must've been from offers, the other $10 can be from anything.

No, it's not a one time thing. You need at least $15 in offers each time you want to cash out.

If you dedicate a few minutes per day to FusionCash it is easily obtainable.

No, it's not a one time thing and you need 15 in offers at least to cash out, but you need at least 25 to cash out.  A few minutes a day can easily get you to this amount qquick.  I have cashed out with no less that 30 every month.  Everything adds up and quickly you will have enough.
