Has anyone got their payment revoked for a FC daily survey?

I got 3 surveys revoked from May 2012.

$ 5.00 + $ 4.40 + $ 2.00 = $ 11.40

The consequence: I will get no payout for the month of May and I will DO NOT ANY SURVEYS for FusionCash anymore!!!

From FC's Terms of Service:

"Offers, even instant offers, sometimes fail to credit. This can be due to many reasons, including:
 *Browser's refusal to accept cookies
 *Security measures set by the operating system or other software such as popup blockers
 *Ad-blocking software, on your computer or enforced by your employer, school, or network administrator
 *Adware/malware/spyware which can "hijack" affiliate links so that the software publisher gets credit instead
 *Just plain bad luck -- occasionally you may do everything right and simply not get credited. Unfortunately, the system is not perfect (but it's the best we can do).

In order to minimize the risk of these problems occuring, please:

This explanation is good but what if survey is complete and at the end I see the messge "congratulations, survey is completed and FC will pay". In tht case also cookies, pop up settings matters?

I just got one taken off for my cashout that im about to recieve this month only a dollar but still it sucks that why i am trying to get more than 25 a month just in case

The only survey that I had had revoked was a Movie and TV Panel survey that I had already done anyway.

  no i have never had credit revoked for any offer. so i guess i have been lucky

I have had a few revoked.  It is frustrating, but it happens.  I limited my surveys after that to only the very short ones.  I could not figure out why the money was revoked as I fill them out consistently and honestly, so I don't want to take too much of my time in case it is wasted from a revokation.

My revocation on that Movie & TV panel survey was corrected today, and a $1 added back to my account. Yippee!!

That's great. They were supposed to revoke one of mine, but they still have not taken anything from my account. So who knows

Did anyone get a payment revoked for "Online Activities" survey?

It was $3 IIRC.
