SURVEY GLITCHES
« on: June 12, 2012, 09:22:50 pm »
Today was the third time in a few days where I completed a survey and when i went to the end of it, an "error" window came up. One particularly long one (30 minutes plus) asked for my login and password at the end, and would not take anything I entered. Completely lost that one.

Don't mind not being compensated for the occasional glitchy survey, but this seems to be happening an awful lot lately. The one I did just a few minutes ago, after I spent 15 minutes on it, brought up a page with a lot of programming on it, like a Linux code string. Can't go back, can't go forward.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Yes, this week's survey offerings seem to be particularly-prone to such glitches, (whether due to sun-spots or, technical issues).  Other than making FC staff aware of such events, there isn't a whole lot to be done about it, unfortunately.

I got similar errors last night ..... specifically with the one worth 2.70. Especially frustrating after spending all that time to complete  :BangHead:

Yes, lindacmt, I had experienced this numerous times on FusionCash and I also had continued to do surveys for them at that time. The even worse experience was when they started to also "revoke" already approved surveys >>> that's when I stopped taking surveys for FusionCash. They revoked one for $ 5.00, one for $ 4.40, and one for $ 2.00 - all weeks after I had successfully completed it. That's simply dishonest and dishonourable, period.

Before accusing the company who pays us as independent contractors of 'dishonesty and dishonor', consider this -

From FC's TOS:

"Occasionally you may do everything right and simply not get credited. Unfortunately, the system is not perfect (but it's the best we can do).  Above all, remember: we WANT you to be credited for the offers you complete. If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do."

Surveys are horrible, and that is the reason I never touch them.

I think surveys are the key to earning cash on FC. Without completing them, you're left with only offers where only 20% are free....having to give your credit card all the time. No thanks!

 i have had an error occur only a couple times in the five months i have been with f.c.. i estimate i probably complete on the avg of 20 surveys a month. so that comes out right 98 percent of the time. the system may not per fect but 98 percent is pretty dam good

I was so excited the other night as well. I had gotten through an entire survey and completed the last of the demographics and was headed to the last page and POOF an error page came up, nothing new showed up when I tried to refresh I even closed down and tried to retake the survey and did not even get the 1 cent for trying. Very disappointing and if it has happened to such a good number of us, it difficult to not hold FC partially responsible or consider them irresponsible for allowing it to continue. Just sayin... Hard to build a good reputation with experiences such as this.

Yes those glitches  :BangHead:Sometimes I just get taken out of the survey...is it my computer or Fusion Cash glitch  ??? Then fusion cash won't allow you to go back it...stating you have already participated in the survey...this happened to me on a $4 survey...I wasn't happy but what do you do...keep trying...as we all know this site is not going to make you rich...you may get enough to buy a gallon of gas or two  :dontknow: but I look at it as something is better than nothing and those pennies can add up  ;)

That one of the things that I have trouble with sometimes. I guess that it can happen to anyone.
