How to change profile picture

I need to change my profile picture.  How do I do that?  I thought it would be under profile picture but its not.  Any help would be appreciated.

Veronica773, to change your profile picture:

Go to the FORUM PROFILE instead of the ACCOUNT profile.
When you are in the Forum, Click the third button from the left - PROFILE - (under your current picture)
Now click FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION
Here is you will see your options to change your picture.
