Can't submit support ticket....???

I tried to submit a support ticket and made sure several times that the form was completed fully....did all the things suggested prior to submitting....and just keep getting a message that I need to fill out the form completely....I did...I go back and do it again and again.....and still get the same error msg.


anyone else getting this???

I have never had that happen. I have not submitted a support ticket for some time but I have submitted a few in the past. I do not remember any problem trying to submit.   

Try using a different browser. Try logging in and out of Fusion Cash. Give it some time. Maybe Fusion Cash is having a glitch.

Maybe the administrator or another FC member will respond to your discussion.

Make sure it isnt too short. It might be saying to fill it out completely because you didnt reach the requirment for length... and make sure to fill out the subject line on top.

I had several lines in my description and all sections were filled in.....but I tried changing the issue in their drop down menu of choices they offer....my question fit in either of two,,,,so I tried the other one,..and it worked....not sure why the first choice wouldn't work....but problem resolved...thanks
