Have you ever had a few situations with no solutions in sight just waiting, waiting, waiting for the answers.

I have played the waiting game but I haven't ever thought of anything as not having a solution. I do my part but some times you have to wait on others to do their part. If it doesn't work one way you have to go about it a different way. It is like the punchline to this old joke my grandfather used to tell : "You can't get there from here. You have to go some where else to start."

Sometimes a solution to a certain situation is hard to find but if you just shelf it and step back from it for a day or so, the solution may come to you.  I hate waiting for others to do their part as I usually address an issue head on for a speedy resolution.  good luck to you
