Acception Error

Why is it that the for the last week, no matter what I try to do when I click on the link for a survey, the next screen comes up saying that there is an acception error?  Then when I click on the link again...it takes me to the start of it but then says that I've already taken that survey....which I know that I didn't.  So I'm basically losing out on making money by taking surveys because I clicked on the link because it thinks that I already took it.  Any suggestions?

I got the same error message when I clicked on these 3 surveys.

Now it shows the message that I have already taken these surveys, which I have not. Is this only happening to a few or to all FC members?

It's not just you; several FC members are reporting this error, (I don't know how many support tickets have been submitted besides the one I sent in a few hours ago).  Check over in the Support forum for two "FC Surveys" threads concerning the matter.  No word back from Support as of 7PM PST though.  No doubt we'll hear soon as this technical difficulty seems widespread.

I get that occasionally.  It seems once you click the link, the system assumes you've taken the survey...so if the survey landing page errors for some reason - you cannot try to re-take it later.  I just write those surveys off assuming I would have disqualified anyway.  Once in a while if the link remains, I'll try to click again to see if by some chance it got reset and I can get a second attempt.  I think that worked only once for me (and was promptly disqualified  ).

I have been getting that message on those above and several others for a week maybe a week and a half too!

I am getting the same error with fc surveys I just submited a support ticket
