I feel like less is more in this situation.  I am not a fan of cookies or anything like that.  I just make sure the house is tidy and that they yard looks good.  The less cluttered the house is the bigger it looks.

Sorry about the open house.  I think its pretty rare for one to actually generate much.

Make sure you look at your listing online.  We sold our house 3 years ago.  I looked at the listing through the realtors website a couple of weeks after it was listed and realized he had put the location as our subdivisions name.  No one uses that name and there's no sign anywhere listing it so it was meaningless.  I had him change it to the name commonly used for that area and traffic did pick up a bit.

Yes, i agree that you have to double check. I didnt like the way some of the pics looked, so i took my own and made her switch them out.

agreed cookies work well .........also don't let yourself be offended by the lookie lew's who are down right rude and nit pick everything about your house they didn't come because they were interested in your house they came because they have no life ignore those and try not stress :) Good luck in selling your home

agreed on that too. but where i'm at they only have open house for realtors.
